Find it on the athletics website
- Go to the athletics site, not the university's main site. Search for "[school name] athletics staff directory". Athletics websites are usually separate from the main university website.
- Open the staff directory. It is usually linked in the site's menu or footer as "Staff Directory". Staff are grouped by sport, with names, titles, email addresses and phone numbers.
- Check the sport's coaches page. If the directory has no email, open the sport's page and its coaching staff bios.
- Look for a recruiting questionnaire. Many programs post an online recruiting questionnaire on the sport's page. Fill it out in addition to sending an email.
- No email listed? Use the program email or the general athletics office contact on the site, and ask for the right coach's address.
Search every program at once
